About The Position

The Mechanical Integrator at Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is responsible for assembling, installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components for various military platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to interpret complex schematics and engineering blueprints, collaborating closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate prototype builds.

Requirements

• High school diploma with additional college/technical school coursework in a related skill set preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in Aerospace, Military, Defense, Manufacturing, Assembly, or a similar background preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years related experience with the PATRIOT Missile System as a crewmember or operator system maintainer.
• Formal technical training in DoD PATRIOT system MOS 14E, 27X, 14T, 94S.
• Current DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, engineering blueprints, and modification instructions for mechanical systems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fabrication and assembly of mechanical and hardware assemblies.
• Utilize general machining and welding practices effectively.
• Operate general fabrication shop tools and equipment proficiently.
• Perform simple shop math and use precision measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures.
• Communicate work completion effectively to the Project Manager/Lead.
