This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex mechanical and plumbing systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and kitchen equipment. What you’ll do Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and plumbing systems related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and data center environmental controls. Trouble shoot and work with vendors to repair gas and steam for kitchen cooking equipment. Monitor building automation systems onsite and remotely, respond to emergencies and system failures promptly. Work in a weekly rotation of an on-call team for emergency responses to resolve issues outside of business hours. Maintain an ongoing inspection and preventative maintenance schedule for maintaining building equipment. Test water chemistry and apply corrective treatments to boilers, cooling towers, and chilled water systems. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external contractors to ensure timely and quality service. Assist others with maintenance projects and tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
