Come work with multidisciplinary engineers focused on delivering world class Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. You will be responsible for supporting the organization in the design solutions to produce MGSE. As an Engineering Aide, you will work with a tem responsible for the development, design, fabrication, test, and delivery of MGSE.

  • Support Mechanical Design and Project Engineers in a variety of technical tasks and assist in resolving support equipment issues.
  • Interact with a multi-discipline team to resolve production problems and program management issues
  • Create and update engineering documentation, and technical reports to assist in engineering evaluation, analysis and programmatic models
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Capable of working under general supervision based on guidance and direction provided by team members
  • Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to convey discrepancies found in data and product reviews
  • Candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility for access to classified information
  • Associates degree or enrolled in a college degree program from an accredited university.
  • Understanding of basic engineering and/or project management fundamentals
  • Fleet Ballistic Missile program exposure or experience
  • Mechanical design and/or manufacturing experience that includes the use of interpretation of engineering design drawings.
