About The Position

Essential Job Functions Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal. Use of hand-held controls to operate an overhead crane in a safe/efficient manner. Working with the shipping team and production crew to ensure that parts are moved and staged in accordance with business needs. Read blueprints to install copper and aluminum conductors using hand tools and torque wrenches Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently and safely. Provide troubleshooting assistance Document/report all production quality requirements and any performance gaps Provide support for general engineering and electrical activities as required. Overtime when our workload demands.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and safely.
• Experience in operating overhead cranes.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Familiarity with hand tools and torque wrenches.
