CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: As our Mechanical Estimator, you'll be the lead estimator - fully supported by ownership - preparing estimates and proposals for a variety of Mechanical jobs. You'll work independently in an office environment while maintaining clear, confident communication with teammates, General Contractors, and Vendors. Your responsibilities include: Conducting job takeoffs, quantifying materials from plans, specs, and bid documents Selecting and pricing equipment, material, labor, and accessories for bids Creating technical equipment submittals per customer requirements Preparing proposals that are accurate and competitive Updating project bids, reviewing addendums, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks Communicating effectively through phone and email Maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Taking on additional duties as needed - because you're a self‑motivated team player who thrives on doing things right OUR IDEAL MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR: Proficiency with on‑screen digital estimating tools like BlueBeam or Trimble Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Strong ability to read plans and technical specs Ability to occasionally work outside standard hours when needed Willingness to travel for out‑of‑town job site walks or training Above‑average written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer proficiency Effective time management with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects Ready to put your estimating expertise where it'll be seen, valued, and rewarded? Requirements

• Proficiency with on‑screen digital estimating tools like BlueBeam or Trimble
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong ability to read plans and technical specs
• Ability to occasionally work outside standard hours when needed
• Willingness to travel for out‑of‑town job site walks or training
• Above‑average written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Effective time management with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
