Procon E&C is a specialty contractor active in GA and TX, focusing on mechanical and electrical projects. We have successfully worked on system ceiling installation at Samsung Semiconductor and duct/louver work at SK sites. We are also collaborating on 3D modeling (BIM) projects with various companies. Positions: Sr. Project Manager : $100,000+ annual salary Field Manager : $70,000+ annual salary

Sr. Project Manager: 5+ years of project management experience required
Must have experience with large-scale industrial projects
Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential
Must be proficient in enforcing and managing construction site safety regulations
Field Manager: 3+ years of site management experience required
Experience with HVAC and duct installation required
Strong ability to manage on-site labor and materials
Must be capable of managing safety at the site
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems required
Must be willing to travel as required by projects
Proficiency in MS Office is required; ERP experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Korean is mandatory

Certifications preferred (e.g., HVAC, PMP)
ERP experience
