Kitchell is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our Southern California region in San Diego and build a long-term career at one of the most innovative and growth-oriented Construction Services companies in the United States. As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the scope of services as outlined in the contract documents. Your role will focus on the development and growth of the EAS Department mechanical engineering team. This position involves overseeing multiple, large and complex projects, ensuring that each one meets the highest standards of quality. You will also bring your expertise in identifying and converting project opportunities, developing proposal responses and presentations, and growing a successful Mechanical Engineering practice. In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will continue to fulfill the duties of a licensed Mechanical Engineer, upholding company standards and values are maintained on every project.
