Requirements

  • Pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Revit MEP, Trane Trace, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and production of mechanical construction documents for commercial and institutional projects.
  • Design building systems (HVAC and plumbing) and life safety plans for various types of buildings.
  • Assist with the design and specification of system layouts, load calculations, equipment sizing and selection.
  • Conduct energy modeling and building information modeling.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.
