We are currently seeking an Mechanical Co-op - Summer 2026 to join our team in Toledo, OH or Brentwood, TN. This is a full-time Spring Co-op rotation onsite role requiring daily presence at our Toledo office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position. AI and Innovation As part of our commitment to innovation, all team members will be trained on Microsoft Copilot and empowered to use it as a core tool in their everyday work.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a two or four year college degree program.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Second or third academic year preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee. Receives specific and detailed instruction.
- Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures respective to field of study.
- Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments.
