Precision Planting is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide engineering expertise in design, implementation, and deployment of on-farm planting and harvesting equipment for advanced precision agriculture applications. You will be the owner for the design, testing, and productionizing of your products. You will develop, tune, and test control algorithms. You will validate proof of concept software on research equipment operating in the field. You will gain understanding of vehicle CAN use as inputs for control software. You will use cutting-edge engineering design, modeling, and rapid prototyping tools to assist in research and invention of new product designs.
