As an Engineering Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting innovative Systems Designs that contribute to the future growth of the business. You will work within a dynamic development team in Telford, part of a Global R&D Organisation, and help design solutions that push technological boundaries for a more connected and sustainable electric future.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the Electrical Industry is an advantage.
• You hold a degree in Engineering and/or formal qualifications in Project Management.
• You are an excellent communicator and can effectively communicate at all levels.
• You are enthusiastic about innovation and design.
• Your team spirit and your autonomy will be necessary for this position.
• Some European travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Apply standard project management methodologies to drive structured execution and deliver results.
• Implement Design for Excellence (DfX) principles to optimize product quality, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Oversee device integration and system design, ensuring alignment with technical and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sheet metal design and general manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and production workflows.
