About The Position

Our high-performance systems drive innovation in energy efficiency, consumer electronics and network storage and allow our customers to maximize productivity and achieve lower cost of ownership. The Mechanical Design Engineer is a key member of the Engineering to Order (ETO) team, working on complex wafer processing equipment involving ion beam etch, ion beam deposition, chemical and physical vapor deposition technologies. This role involves overall system design, vacuum vessel design, ion beam source design, incorporation of OEM components, as well as many other engineering and design areas.
