This is a contingent position based upon contract award

  • Studies, designs, specs, and services mechanical systems.
  • Functions as a technical specialist who makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have a far-reaching impact on extensive engineering and related activities.
  • Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies.
  • Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen
  • Must have a US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance
  • Must have a minimum of a BA/BS in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Must have a minimum of seven years of mechanical engineering experience
  • Must have a PE-Mechanical license
