About The Position

The Building Automation Engineer (BAE) provides leadership in the management of building control systems including monitoring, evaluating, adjusting and improving mechanical & electrical systems performance for safe, reliable and efficient operation of boilers, chillers, pumps, fans, valves, dampers, terminal units, heat transfer equipment, fluid flow conditions, air / water balance, lighting, metering and other building control interfaces. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Controls or Instrumentation; or an equivalent 1:1 in experience may be substituted for each year of college not completed. This equivalency is in addition to what is required in the Experience and Skills section.
• 8 years of experience in the design and implementation of DDC building control systems including programming, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
