About The Position

We are hiring for a Mechanical Engineer position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK! Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday, core business hours, with flexibility for afterhours support for business needs. Apply today! The Building Automation Engineer (BAE) provides leadership in the management of building control systems including monitoring, evaluating, adjusting and improving mechanical & electrical systems performance for safe, reliable and efficient operation of boilers, chillers, pumps, fans, valves, dampers, terminal units, heat transfer equipment, fluid flow conditions, air / water balance, lighting, metering and other building control interfaces. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Controls or Instrumentation; or an equivalent 1:1 in experience may be substituted for each year of college not completed. This equivalency is in addition to what is required in the Experience and Skills section.
  • 8 years of experience in the design and implementation of DDC building control systems including programming, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance.
