Requirements

Min. 2 years in an engineering position in a manufacturing environment.
Must be proficient in CAD (Solidworks) and GD&T.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.)

Responsibilities

Maintain, update and develop component and assembly level drawings for devices involving electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Support supply chain related activities such as onboarding new suppliers and resourcing projects.
Execute engineering change requests (ECR) and notifications (ECN).
Support quality driven activities such as continuous improvements and corrective actions.
Provide engineering level support for customers, production and other team members.
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities.
Assist with internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO, customer audits).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process compliance with specifications.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Promote and support 5S, lean manufacturing, and other operational excellence initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned supporting the engineering department to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
