This position is onsite in Durban, South Africa Exp Federal delivers full-service Architectural & Engineering and Design-Build solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s in engineering from an accredited American university or Professional Engineering License
- 7+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry
- Must be able to obtain an Interim TS or Final TS security clearance before deployment
Responsibilities
- Provides expertise to Federal Government Community worldwide sites on the mechanical engineering aspects of the installation; modification; operation; and maintenance of facilities, mission systems, support systems, HVAC, fuel, compressed air, and plumbing systems.
- Review contractor submittals against specifications and responds to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Develops independent cost estimates both for the government as well as for internal proposal purposes
