Pipe Stress Load Analysis & Optimization: Review and optimize structural load criteria for liquid cooling piping systems including its connections, analyzing component gravity loads and seismic/thermal combinations. BOD Documentation & Standards Development: Improve load documentation in Basis Of Design documents for liquid cooling systems, ensuring proper racking load criteria and structural requirements. Develop process runbooks for standardized workflows. Project-Level Technical Review: Review liquid cooling submittals across multiple projects to ensure standardization and proper structural integration. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with racking team, MPS and racking vendors to align on load calculations, connection designs, and pipe support strategies. Process Improvement: Coordinate with construction teams to develop improved pipe and racking coordination workflows.
