You will be the SMT Technical Lead – Launch Tube Assembly (LTA) for the Supplier Management Team (SMT) supporting the Next Generation Strike Ready Integration (NGSRI) program. Our team oversees the full lifecycle of the Launch Tube Assembly system—including the composite launch tube, forward & aft covers, umbilical connections, missile restraint mechanisms, launch motor/booster igniter, and the interface to the Command Launch Assembly (CLA) and its variants. What You Will Be Doing As the SMT Technical Lead you will be responsible for driving technical excellence across supplier and program interfaces for the LTA. You’ll partner closely with the AUR and CLA Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), support the Launch Motor Engineering SMT Lead when called upon, and shepherd the LTA from development through qualification testing into full rate production.
