Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in engineering such as systems or mechanical engineering
• Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
• Experience in the development and analysis of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, to guide development and implementation
• Knowledge of the risk management process and tool set
• Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of engineering software tools such as Pro Engineer or CREO CAD, or tool sets such as SolidWorks, C++, MATLAB, and ANSYS
• Knowledge of the acquisition life-cycle
• Knowledge of artillery systems
• Ability to lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) discussions and present findings to senior leaders
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
