About The Position

Graduate Rotational Opportunities at Westlake (GROW) is a leadership development program for newly graduated engineering students within the Performance and Essential Materials business segment at Westlake Corporation. The GROW program is a 3 - 5 year rotational program that offers the chance to explore various aspects of the Westlake business. You will gain invaluable on-the-job experience, receive leadership and technical training, and work on exciting projects. During your time in the program, you can expect to rotate through different roles, such as Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willingness to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3 - 5 years.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker's Identification Card (TWIC).
• Strong team building, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
