About The Position

The Mechanical Engineer - Quality Analyst role focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming products through strategic planning, reporting, and collaboration. The position involves analyzing data to resolve global field and production issues, validating mechanical designs, and partnering with engineering teams to enhance product quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or 5 years of applicable experience.
• Previous experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing roles, preferably with gaming equipment.
• Proficient in 3D MCAD, preferably SolidWorks.
• Experience with ECO processes, data analysis for quality improvement, and process documentation.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with sheet metal and injection molding.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Microsoft Office, PLM, Teamcenter, D365.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving non-routine global field and production escalated problems.
• Gather and analyze data on critical quality issues and report trends on significant field failures.
• Validate and test mechanical components related to electronic gaming machines.
• Facilitate on-time delivery of mechanical designs that meet product requirements.
• Own the PV-IQC (HW Engineering Production Validation FAI process).
• Collaborate with the Engineering Quality Director and Supplier Quality to resolve component issues.
