About The Position

We’re hiring a Mid to Senior Level Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager to design and manage mechanical systems for MEP projects from concept through construction. This role combines hands-on engineering, project leadership, and client coordination across commercial and institutional buildings.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Mid to senior-level experience in MEP mechanical design
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy codes, and industry standards
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Professional, client-facing communication skills

Nice To Haves

• PE license preferred or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and institutional MEP projects
• Manage projects from design development through construction administration
• Prepare and review mechanical drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
• Support construction administration, RFIs, and field coordination
