We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our downtown Milwaukee Corporate Headquarters office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant design experience.
  • Knowledge of ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, and ASME BPE codes and standards.
  • Understanding and experience in performing piping stress analysis calculations.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.

Nice To Haves

  • Commissioning experience would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in the following software is preferred: Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Developing drawings, P&IDs, and specifications for process and utility piping including piping materials, insulation, hangers and supports, piping fabrication and post installation procedures utility systems such as water for injection, USP purified water, deionized water, sterile gases, clean steam, clean-in-place, steam-in-place systems, plumbing, waste systems, HVAC heating/cooling water systems, and campus / plant steam systems.
  • Perform project management and mentorship of junior engineers.
  • Coordinate between multiple disciplines and attend regular meetings.
  • Perform computer-aided drafting using Revit and design for various projects.
