About The Position

Bechtel is seeking an Intern currently studying mechanical engineering for the Mining & Metals team on a lithium mine to join our EPCM team based in Houston. The position will be responsible for assigned activities within an engineering discipline in a global business unit. Applying broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering in the preparation of engineering analyses, and assisting senior engineers on the project. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Requirements

• Currently studying a mechanical engineering degree
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs
