JOB DESCRIPTION The Mechanical Engineering Intern will assist the Dexter Team with engineering project identification, project support, and project leadership by partnering and collaborating with the Engineering Team and Site Team. The Mechanical Engineering Intern will assist with engineering support for all aspects of associated with the design, manufacturing, assembly, and validation to ensure functionality, quality, cost, and timing. As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will be working on robust, hands-on projects. Potential projects may include: • Production Support • Project Management • Mechanical Design • Process Development • Continuous Improvement • Project definition, scoping, and documented project plan • Capital projects • Safety improvements • Automation • Troubleshooting equipment and processes • Project estimation • Create documents, drawings, training as needed to support and complete project(s)
