About The Position

Mechanical Engineer, Intern - Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

Research and development
Assist in product testing and data capture and analysis
Create test plans and conduct tests
Mechanical design
Create drawings of designed parts
Design parts and assemblies
BOM creation and costing
Create items in PLM and ERP
Build bill of materials (BOMs) and routings
Research and enter part and manufacturing costs

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Junior or senior standing in accredited college or university mechanical engineering or similar program
• Ability to work in teams and independently to achieve technical and schedule requirements
• English proficiency – written and oral
