Requirements
- Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and be in good academic standing at their university
- Semiconductor manufacturing related internship or academic experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
