About The Position

The Mechanical Engineer 1 designs, fabricates, develops, and tests solutions to improve reliability, capability, throughput, and the safety of production equipment, jigs/fixtures, workstations, and material handling equipment. The Mechanical Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions. Highlights of your role Support Maintenance to identify, problem solve, and resolve issues in production equipment. Design, fabricate, develop, and test jigs/fixtures, material handling equipment, and production workstations. Assist with Equipment Retrofits. Assist Manufacturing Engineers with daily issues. Maintain drawing accuracy and folder structure format. Develop bill of materials and procure necessary materials. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and materials
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
