We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC systems to join our engineering team. This role focuses on designing and optimizing chiller systems, conducting thermal analysis, and supporting product validation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience in system modeling, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Thermal Analysis & Simulation: Perform thermal and thermodynamic modeling to evaluate system performance under various operating conditions.
  • System Design: Design and develop chiller systems, including component selection, system integration, and performance optimization.
  • Testing & Validation: Support product testing, analyze results, and implement design improvements to ensure compliance with performance standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, suppliers, and internal teams to align with project goals and timelines.
  • Innovation: Apply industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Detailed mechanical design packages for chiller systems.
  • Technical specifications and vendor evaluation reports.
  • Installation and commissioning support documentation.
  • Final system performance validation report.
  • Assist with layout, design, and drawing releases.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for part integration and PPS reviews.
  • Provide factory support and participate in design reviews.

  • Prepare technical literature and ensure launch readiness.
  • Conduct thermodynamic modeling using proprietary software.
  • Perform advanced heat transfer and refrigerant system analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of HVAC experience, OR
  • Master's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of HVAC experience.
  • Hands-on experience with chiller systems and thermal analysis.
  • Familiarity with ASME standards and HVAC performance testing.
  • Proficiency in modeling tools and data analysis.
