About The Position
The objective of this task order is to provide the VA with a CM / Mechanical Engineer (CM-M), to provide Construction Management (CM) services to support the VA in meeting the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades at the Colmery O'Neil VAMC - 2200 Southwest Gage Boulevard Topeka, KS 66622. The government requires a CM / Mechanical Engineer (CM-M) that will be on-site for the duration of the EHRM Construction Project. This individual will provide professional and technical consultative assistance related to operations, renovation, and new construction programs supporting EHRM. This includes assisting the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officers Representative in the areas of project management, project engineering, planning, scheduling, design reviews, code compliance, testing, record keeping, quality control, quality assurance, cost control, and general oversight of EHRM design and construction projects.
