About The Position

IntelliPro is seeking a Mechanical Engineer / CNC Programmer with a strong background in CNC machining and programming. The ideal candidate will have experience using CAD/CAM systems such as Catia or Bravo to create part geometry and develop CNC programs for turning and milling operations. Responsibilities include defining tooling requirements, writing and optimizing CNC programs for complex parts on 3 and 4 axis machining centers, and creating necessary documentation for machine setup.

Requirements

• Ideally have 5 years of experience as CNC Programmer.
• Candidates with 3–5 years of experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong skills.
• Familiar with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within metal fabrication environment.
• Experience in using CATIA or BRAVO software.
• Proficient with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• CNC Machining knowledge and programming background using CAD/CAM systems Catia or Bravo.
• Utilize the computer to create part geometry and develop turning and milling CNC programs.
• Define special tooling requirements and fixtures as required.
• Write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts on 3 and 4 axis machining centers.
• Develop work holding and select cutting tools.
• Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up machines.
• Write CNC programs for 2 axis lathes.
