About The Position

Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineer (Analysis) I ntern aims to develop a Creo-integrated Mathcad workbook to automate ASCE 7 filing for PE stamping . Supervisory Responsibilities: none Duties/Responsibilities: Under the guidance of our Lead Structures Engineer (LMTT-Structures) D evelop a Mathcad workbook Develop a process to link FEA output to populate the workbook Work with LMTT and PE firm to approve the process Perform other duties as assigned .

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Good interpersonal skills required to work effectively with others
• Analytical ability to solve complex problems
• College undergraduate (or graduate) pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree , or other Civil Engineering degree
• If they have passed the FE exam, this can be used as experience towards th e PE licensing
• 3D CAD required, CREO desired
• Must have completed the third year of the undergraduate program
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• FEA class desire d (Ansys preferred)
