About The Position
Wet Equipment and Technology Solutions (WETS) is an exciting, rapidly evolving field as the semiconductor industry's dependence on wafer-level packaging solutions continues to grow with consumer needs such as artificial intelligence (AI) and super-computing. WETS Engineering has newly formed the Plating Process Critical team for Sabre and Sabre 3D electroplating product lines. The team is responsible for some of the most critical hardware with the closest proximity to the wafer and largest impact on plating performance. The team's vision is to partner with the process engineering group more closely than ever to deliver world-class hardware solutions for our customers. The team is seeking someone with a passion for engineering, strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a challenging and collaborative environment.
