About The Position

This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to start your journey in mechanical engineering, working on a diverse range of projects in various sectors. As a Mechanical EIT, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Engineer on designing mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed mechanical plans, performing calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. You will support project coordination by preparing and reviewing technical documentation and assisting with field investigations and testing to ensure that mechanical systems are installed and functioning correctly. Additionally, you will take on other tasks as assigned, all while leveraging your strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with peers and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) by the start date
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent analytical reasoning skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities for effectively managing communications with peers, colleagues, and clients
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to obtain a security clearance

  • Experience with Revit
