Position Summary The Mechanical Designer applies engineering and design principles to support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of motors and generators. This role focuses on creating and maintaining bills of materials, drawings, and specifications while partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively. This position is well-suited for entry-level designers with a 2-year degree as well as experienced professionals with a 4-year degree looking to grow within a manufacturing environment.
