You will create new and effective design solutions that improve our users'/clients' lives as a Designer. Requirements

  • Health care experience essential
  • ABET-accredited engineering bachelor's degree
  • Working toward professional license (PE) after passing Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE)
  • Over 4 years as a mechanical designer
  • Computer Skills: Revit, AutoCAD MEP, MS Office, Trane TOPSS, Trace 3D
  • Travel: up to 10% depending on project

Responsibilities

  • Skilled in planning and sketching mechanical and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping, sanitary systems, domestic water, and medical gas.
  • Plumbing, ductwork, sanitary, medical, compressed air, natural gas, and water heating systems
  • Develop and analyze design concepts with engineers.
  • Determine design feasibility based on safety, function, and serviceability.
  • Revit software allows comprehensive drawings, plans, and sketches.
  • Create construction documentation and manage sporadic submissions.
  • To achieve design integration, collaborate with different disciplines.
  • Visit sites and conduct field research.
  • Able to optimize routing and system size.
  • Expertise in CAD software.
