Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Skilled in 3D CAD (Catia or 3DExperience preferred) and familiar with FEA and tolerance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on prototyping abilities.
• Innovative — You love building what doesn’t yet exist.
• Collaborative — You thrive on teamwork and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Detail-Oriented — You blend creativity with engineering precision.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing or prototyping EV, e-bike, or consumer electronic components.
• Exposure to GD&T, rapid prototyping methods, and design validation testing.
• Comfortable with hands-on fabrication, testing equipment, or lab instrumentation.
• Previous internship or project work in a startup, automotive, or mobility company.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and test mechanical systems for current and future ALSO electric mobility products.
• Develop detailed CAD models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for rapid prototyping.
• Perform tolerance analyses, FEA simulations, and design validation.
• Build and test prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and analyze results to improve designs.
