The Mechanical Design Engineering Internship aims to provide hands-on experience in mechanical design, prototyping, and testing. Scope of Work Design and Development: Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems. Create and modify CAD models using software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD. Generate detailed engineering drawings and documentation. Prototyping and Testing: Support the fabrication and assembly of prototypes. Conduct tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of mechanical components. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the engineering team to understand project requirements and objectives. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and product management. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and project milestones. Prepare technical reports and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations.
