About The Position

The Mechanical Design Engineer at ImTechnology LLC will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles and proficiency in various design software to create efficient and innovative solutions for mechanical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering major.
• 36 months of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Solidworks, Autocad, Mastercam, CPKs, 8Ds, FMEA, Poka Yoke, and KANBAN.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components.
• Utilize design software such as Solidworks and Autocad for creating detailed engineering drawings.
• Implement manufacturing processes and techniques using Mastercam.
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions using tools like CPKs, 8Ds, and FMEA.
• Apply Poka Yoke and KANBAN methodologies to improve design efficiency and production flow.
