Requirements

Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Possess a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in component and mechanical system design & development, preferably in motorsports , motorcycle , or automotive industr ies .
Possess a motorcycle license, along with significant riding experience .
Experience with fabrication equipment, parts installs on motorcycles, creating proto-type parts with lathes and mills.
Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CREO) and showcase knowledge of CNC machining processes and material science (a plus).
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing principles.
Excel in communication and collaboration, thriving in a team environment where your contributions are valued and acknowledged.
Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a creative and innovative mindset.
Ability to occasionally travel to Legend Suspensions ’ plan t in Sturgis, South Dakota.
