WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist in the design, development, and improvement of new and existing industrial refrigeration products, including valves, sensors, and control systems Create detailed drawings, models, and assemblies with proper dimensions, tolerances, analyses, and Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters Design, perform, and analyze tests and experiments to support product development and validation Troubleshoot mechanical and fluid-control issues using root cause analysis techniques Use 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office tools to support engineering tasks and documentation Develop and manage technical documentation that meets established engineering standards Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to review designs, resolve technical challenges, and support prototype development Work on project-driven assignments structured to build technical capability, creativity, and increasing levels of independence Contribute as a motivated, self-driven team member who embraces new opportunities and innovative thinking
