Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience or 1-2 with MS in analog, mixed-signal IC design.
  • BS in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or related field.
  • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
  • No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contributionץ
  • Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Intermediate chip design knowledge with hands on experience/projects in at least one phase in chip development roadmap.
  • Apply domain knowledge to identify potential solutions to debug or troubleshoot problems in given area of expertise in a specific design phase.
  • Able to implement concepts to troubleshoot a variety of problems within a variety of steps in the IC design issues under direct supervision.
  • Effective technical verbal/written communication.
  • Collaborate with immediate team members as needed.
  • Able to follow project schedules and milestones with direct supervision.
  • Identify risks to supervisor and identify possible solutions.
