About The Position

Are you a skilled mechanic ready to transition from the shop floor to a professional office environment? We’re seeking Mechanical Claims Analysts to join a growing customer contact team. This role allows you to leverage your automotive expertise to assess and process mechanical claims, all while enjoying a more comfortable and stable work setting. You will be on site for training for two weeks then this will be a full-time work from home position.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair or equivalent technical work
• Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, and electrical systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• ASE Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, investigate, and process mechanical claims using your in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems
• Communicate with vehicle contract holders, repair facilities, and other parties via phone and email
• Provide clear and empathetic guidance to customers regarding claim decisions and next steps
• Maintain accurate electronic records using proprietary systems
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to uphold high standards of service and integrity
