Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience and education
- Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Knowledgeable with computers and smartphones
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment, values safety, and is genuinely interested in HVAC trade
- Consistently punctual, self-starter, motivated, respectful, proactive, task-oriented
- Being able to stand and kneel for long periods of time, also be capable of lifting 100lbs frequently
- Being able to work indoor and outdoor through all seasonal changes
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical experience and experience in the technical industry are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform refrigerant recovery on returned refrigerants to the warehouse
- Maintain all tools, equipment, rigging, and machinery in good and safe working order
- Maintain all warehouse vehicles in good working and safe condition: Oil changes, windshield repair/ replacement, lift gate repair, all other necessary repairs as needed
- Deliver parts, equipment, and machinery to all Service Engineers and Apprentices as instructed
- Support Service Engineers and Apprentices on job sites as instructed
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly at all times
- Maintain tool supply cages, workbench area, and overall work space in an orderly fashion
- Maintain the solvent recovery station, logging solvents, and clean up of area
- Notify managers of supplies that are needed to maintain adequate inventory for the warehouse
- Available to work on-call, as required
- Other duties as assigned
