We’re seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team and support the assembly, troubleshooting, and installation of advanced thermoforming and paper production machinery. Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Day-to-Day Role Assemble complex mechanical sub-assemblies and full production equipment. Perform basic wiring and electrical assembly per schematics and wire lists. Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues with limited supervision. Install machines and kits at customer sites; travel may be required. Read and interpret blueprints, bills of material, and technical manuals. Disassemble, inspect, and repair assemblies as needed. Test and evaluate completed machines for functionality and quality. Operate machining equipment (mill, lathe, drill press) and use precision measuring tools (ID/OD/depth micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges). Train and mentor junior technicians; promote teamwork and safety. Precision Measuring Tools (ID/OD/depth micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges read to .0001”).
