About The Position

A day in this role Start your shift at 6:00a and wrap at 2:30p, Monday–Friday, on-site in Tulsa, OK. You’ll review digital work instructions, gather parts, and build mechanical and hydraulic subassemblies and final assemblies. Throughout the day, you’ll read blueprints and schematics, use hand and power tools, verify torque and fit, and move components safely using hoists, lifts, and other material-handling equipment. You’ll document work on travelers and checklists, keep your area orderly, and collaborate with teammates to keep production flowing and quality high. What you’ll do Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components per engineering specs and detailed work instructions. Complete sub-assemblies, final builds, and basic testing/verification. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. Inspect your work for alignment, torque, clearances, and overall quality. Use hoists, lifts, and similar devices to position parts and assemblies safely. Accurately record work performed on travelers and inspection checklists. Follow EHS guidelines, maintain a clean, organized work area, and support continuous improvement. Perform other related tasks as assigned. What you bring 2+ years in a manufacturing setting. 2+ years of hands-on assembly experience. 2+ years using hand/power tools and precision measurement tools (torque wrenches, calipers, gauges). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfort with basic computer tasks (viewing instructions, entering production data). Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Core strengths Mechanical aptitude with solid troubleshooting instincts. Organized, with sound time management and prioritization. Accurate and steady in a fast-paced production environment. Clear communicator who partners well with teammates, supervisors, and cross-functional groups to minimize downtime. Preferred Background assembling hydraulic or pneumatic systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.
