Raytheon’s Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) seeks an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support products in McKinney, TX on 3rd shift. This individual must be self-motivated and will work with a cross functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and other assemblers/testers.

Requirements

Typically requires High School Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations
Experience in assembly
U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Experience using hand/calibrated tools
Experience reading drawings
Good teamwork and communication skills

Basic computer skills
Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process.

Responsibilities

Bond with resins and adhesives using shop processes for bonding and curing
Assemble components using torque tools and other manual tools following assembly instructions and drawings
Work with various materials such as compaction bags, air tools, and calibrated equipment.
