Where is the work: · On-Site from Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues from 5:30 AM to 4 PM. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience/certificate.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience in a professional manufacturing work environment.
  • You should be able to demonstrate a high level of brazing expertise.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably in a production line team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling and installing refrigeration system components such as: o Compressors; o Motors; o Blowers; o Fans; o Coils; o Electric components, and o Associated wiring, support braces, and other brackets.
  • Applying caulk, foam, and Sikaflex as necessary to assemblies.
  • Brazing of components during assembly.
  • Maintaining a high level of workplace organization.
  • Completing unit traveler paperwork
  • Working with Supervisor and others to develop work instructions and procedures.
  • Meeting customers' product quality requirements.
  • Reporting any product quality issues immediately.
  • Following strict adherence to: o Quality manual and standards; o Safety and corporate policies; o Standards rules of Conduct, and o All procedures and work instructions.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement process.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Performing any related functions as required.
