In this position, you’ll play a key role in assembling mechanical components and cables, following detailed assembly instructions and customer documentation. You'll also ensure every product meets top-tier quality standards, including IPC-A-610 and other customer-specific requirements. Requirements

  • Entry-Level Great Attitude! No prior experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn! Previous assembly experience is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. You’ll also complete internal training courses to set you up for success in your role.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong vision is a must, including color recognition and the ability to read screen-printed symbols and component values with precision.
  • Physically Capable: You’ll be comfortable working at a stationary bench for extended periods and able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
  • Independent & Safe: You’re reliable, able to work independently, and always keep safety and confidentiality top of mind.
  • Team-Ready: Motivated, focused, and excited to be part of a supportive team building products that make a difference!

Nice To Haves

  • Previous assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, product travelers, and documentation to build high-quality, innovative products.
  • Use a variety of tools—screwdrivers, torque drivers, cutters, and more—to bring assemblies to life with precision and care.
  • Audit, organize, and label materials efficiently to ensure every build starts off right and runs smoothly.
  • Assemble mechanical components and cables to meet exact specifications and industry standards like IPC-A-610.
  • Apply adhesives, silicones, and perform masking/de-masking as needed—no two builds are ever quite the same!
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and production-ready while reporting any equipment issues to the team.
  • Be a reliable team player who shows up ready to contribute to exciting projects that make a real impact.
