About The Position
Capital Quarries is seeking a mechanic who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of heavy/dirt equipment. Located in Pocahontas/Harrisburg South. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. Requirements
- Electrical skills for heavy equipment
- Must have a mechanical aptitude
- Field tech experience
- Able to lift tire mount tiers
- Able to remove and install transmissions
- Obtain a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screen
Responsibilities
- Work on various crushers
- Work on CAT and John Deere Loaders, Dump Trucks, Skid Steers
- Repair and maintain heavy/dirt equipment
